To our valued customers,
After much thought and consideration these last 13 years, Tania and I have decided to make some changes within Maine Stove & Chimney in an effort to spend more time together as a family. Specifically, we will be scaling back and becoming a service company only. We will no longer have a retail store. While this a difficult decision, three years ago Tania and I had the most beautiful little girl in the world, Brianna. She means the world to us, and I owe it to her to spend as much time as I can with her.
The amount of hours that are required to run the retail store coupled with the field service demands is taking too much time away from our family, so Tania and I decided it would be best to focus solely on the service and installation department. I hope you all understand how much we have valued your friendships and business over the years, and we will continue to do so. Even though we will be closing the showroom we will still be here to provide the outstanding service you have come to expect from Maine Stove & Chimney. Tania will still be answering the phones and scheduling service appointments. Jason, Johann, and I will be on the road doing what we love to do: installing, servicing, and maintaining your fireplaces and stoves and chimneys. We will still be a fully operable sales, service, and installation team and will continue to be committed to our family and our customers.
Our last day the retail store will be open will be February 29, 2020. Thank you again for your continued support and friendships.
